What’s it like working with me?

  • We’ll work in a collaborative, open and flexible way, with a strong focus on co-design, building relationships and having fun.
  • You’ll experience more equal voice, diversity of thought and connection in the workplace.
  • I care about the wider strategic impact of your project and the fine detail.
  • You’ll feel like I’m part of the team. I want the best for you and your organisation.
  • Through our work together, we’ll look for ways to have a positive impact on people and planet.
  • You’ll benefit from my knowledge, external perspective, and diverse experience shared generously.
